Role Overview
As a New Associate in Banking Operations, you will work in Core Banking Operations, specifically focusing on Retail Banking Account Operations (Payments).
Key Responsibilities
✅ Retail Banking Operations:
- Account maintenance, account closure, and deceased customer processing.
- Processing US legal orders related to banking transactions.
- Ensuring banking transactions comply with risk management guidelines.
✅ Corporate & Wholesale Banking Support:
- Assisting with trade finance transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Protecting the bank from associated financial and operational risks.
✅ Problem-Solving & Teamwork:
- Address routine banking operation challenges by following guidelines.
- Work as an individual contributor with close supervision.
- Collaborate with team members and report to a direct supervisor.
