• Handle inbound communications from customers via phone and chat.

• Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism.

• Provide support across multiple platforms: calls, chat, email, text, and social media.

• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer experiences.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

• Strong verbal and written English communication.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Willingness to work night shifts.
