Handle inbound communications from customers via phone and chat.
Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
Provide support across multiple platforms: calls, chat, email, text, and social media.
Deliver consistent, exceptional customer experiences.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written English communication.
Basic computer literacy.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Monthly CTC ₹39,000 - ₹45,000
