About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Merchant Implementation Manager to lead new implementations and enhancements for our growing portfolio of merchants.

???? Location: Pune (Hybrid)
???? Ideal Candidate: Tech-savvy, merchant-focused, and experienced in technology-driven environments

Your Impact

✔ Lead merchant implementations to increase industry ambassadors for CellPoint Digital
✔ Collaborate with merchants and internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery
✔ Develop & execute implementation plans for onboarding, testing, and launch
✔ Configure the Product Suite contracted by the merchant
✔ Train select merchant staff for seamless adoption of our solutions
✔ Document key learnings and collaborate with Solution & Technical Engineers to enhance onboarding processes
✔ Ensure smooth client transition to the internal service desk team and mentor their staff
✔ Analyze and produce reports for leadership to track progress and efficiency

Key Skills & Experience

✔ 3-7 years of experience in the eCommerce payment ecosystem
✔ Strong understanding of Payment Service Providers, Payment Schemes, and Alternative Payment Solutions
✔ Expertise in:

• Credit card & international payment solutions
• PCI compliance & latest card scheme mandates
  ✔ Experience in end-to-end technical implementation of eCommerce payment products
  ✔ Knowledge of Internet & payments API technologies: JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  ✔ Strong SQL knowledge
  ✔ Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English)
  ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects & client relationships
  ✔ Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving
  ✔ Experience working in a remote-first, global environment across multiple time zones
