Position: Site Manager (Civil and Interiors)
Location: New Friends Colony, Delhi
Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Work Type: Full-time
Shift: Day shift

Job Responsibilities:

As a Site Manager (Civil and Interiors), you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow and successful project delivery. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining effective communication with clients and resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day activities at the construction site, ensuring all tasks are completed as per the project plan.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship, ensuring that all tasks meet company standards and construction codes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the construction process.
• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or stakeholders during the project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and timelines.
• Manage and supervise project teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role in civil construction and turnkey interior projects (minimum 3 years required).
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of safety standards and best practices in construction.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• License: Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
