Job Description
We are collaborating with IndiGo, India’s leading passenger airline, to select, train, and supply industry-ready pilots as part of a new IndiGo Recruitment Pilot Program. This program allows you to learn and train the Skyborne way before embarking on a career as an A320 First Officer with IndiGo.
Key Details:
- Program Designed By: Skyborne, in collaboration with IndiGo
- Certifications: Graduate with US FAA and DGCA CPL SEIR licenses
- Pre-Program Offer: A Letter of Intent to Hire from IndiGo prior to starting the program
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Indian citizen or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)
- Visa: Eligible to hold a US visa for study purposes
- Passport: Must hold or be eligible for an Indian passport with unlimited rights to live and work in India and travel worldwide
- DGCA PC Number: Required
- Educational Requirements: Must have completed 10+2 with at least 51% in English, Mathematics, and Physics
- Medical Requirements: Must hold a current and valid DGCA Class I Medical Certificate and obtain a US FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate before starting flight training
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken, with a minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent (TOEFL, TOEIC, etc.)

- Selection Process:
- Apply online for the IndiGo Trainee Pilot Program
- Your application will be screened against specific IndiGo and Skyborne criteria
- Suitable candidates will be invited to complete online psychometric and preference screening assessments
- Successful candidates will be invited to a one-day assessment center at Skyborne in Gurgaon
- Final selection will be conducted by IndiGo
