Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in software testing and quality assurance. As an Automation Test Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test automation strategies to ensure the highest quality of our software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, ensure test coverage, and develop effective testing strategies.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential defects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry trends to improve automation frameworks and testing processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience with programming languages used for test automation.
- In-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of OPKEY testing is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
