Job Title: Clinical Research Data Analyst
Job Type: Full-Time | Consultant Contract (Renewable every 6 months)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
Work Model: Hybrid – Work from home with 2 in-office days/month (Cochin office)
Notice Period: 1 month
Experience Letter: Provided based on tenure
Job Summary:
As a Clinical Research Data Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing patient records from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, mapping eligible patients to clinical studies, and generating detailed reports. You’ll collaborate across teams and contribute to the design and refinement of clinical trial protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

Review patient records from various EHR systems in line with specific eligibility criteria.

Accurately map eligible patients to relevant clinical studies.
-
Prepare clear and detailed summaries and reports on assigned patient charts.

Participate in knowledge transfer sessions related to therapeutic areas.
-
Support internal knowledge development in clinical research processes.
-
Handle multiple studies and shifting priorities efficiently.

Contribute to the creation and enhancement of clinical trial protocols and guidelines.
Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
-
Pharm D or M. Pharm
-

Experience:
-
6 months to 1 year in any of the following:
-
Clinical Research Organizations (CRO)
-
Clinical Pharmacy
-
Medical Coding
-
Scientific Writing or related domains
-

-
Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-
Knowledge of clinical terminologies and MedDRA
-
Familiarity with biostatistics, SAS, and/or R
-
Exposure to CTMS platforms such as Medidata, Oracle Clinical, or Veeva Vault
-

Other Requirements:

Strong grasp of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory frameworks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Adaptable to shifting project priorities and requirements
