Job Summary:
The Mobility Team at Accenture manages day-to-day delivery of Mobility services for personnel traveling globally. This role involves handling visa-related documentation, immigration queries, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Process work visas by collecting complete documentation for invite letters/work permits.
-
Respond to visa-related queries within SLA (with assistance from senior team members if needed).
-
Maintain real-time updates on visa trackers and PM Gateway.
-
Send weekly updates on work permit status to applicants.
-
Guide and coach junior team members (Level 13 and 12), monitoring their SLA and performance.
-
Coordinate with travel/visa agents to ensure timely submission/collection of applications and passports.
-
Act as the primary point of contact for employees, business teams, and stakeholders.

Generate and share reports with internal clients and relevant stakeholders.

Communicate any changes in traveler circumstances to concerned parties.

Stay current on immigration regulations and best practices.

Handle customer queries, ensuring smooth visa documentation and processing.

Continuously improve processes, systems, and internal mobility operations.

Participate in cross-functional projects/activities as assigned.
-
Provide support across other teams (e.g., Operations) as needed.
Must-Have Skills:

Prior experience in Immigration services and compliance.
-
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in visa handling and immigration processes.

Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Proficiency in using software/tools for case management, documentation, and data analysis.

Experience working with corporates or global mobility teams.
Good-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of the travel industry, including airlines, hotel bookings, car rentals, and travel systems.

Familiarity with immigration policies and visa regulations across various countries.
Educational Qualification:
