Role Purpose
To interpret data and convert it into actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and visualizations, helping drive informed business decisions and digital transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Technical Management & Data Interpretation
-
Collect and interpret data from multiple sources including data warehouses and databases

Develop records management processes and data policies
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver on data requirements

Provide sales insights, performance reviews, and proposals based on analytics
-
Identify automation opportunities to improve data handling processes

Implement tools for data validation and cleansing
-
Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
2. Data Analysis & Reporting

Engage with clients to ensure complete understanding of data content and needs

Design and analyze surveys based on client objectives

Analyze complex datasets and deliver insights using analytics and reporting tools

Create dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to highlight business trends

Conduct competitor and sector benchmarking
-
Develop predictive models and share findings aligned with client goals
