About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Lead to manage and enhance our digital presence as we expand into online operations. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth through a strategic and creative approach.

Key Responsibilities
???? Digital Strategy & Website Management:

Oversee website operations, including product listings, promotions, and updates.

Optimize Swiggy, Zomato, and other marketplace profiles for maximum visibility and performance.
???? Advertising & SEO:

Design and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
???? CRM & Customer Engagement:

Execute email marketing and CRM automation to enhance customer retention.

Engage customers through social media, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
✍️ Content Creation & Storytelling:

Craft high-quality content for social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.

Develop and execute marketing calendars for events, promotions, and special offers.
???? Collaboration & Brand Building:

Work with influencers and PR agencies to boost brand visibility and customer outreach.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across marketing channels.
Requirements
✅ Experience & Skills:

3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and e-commerce.

Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Swiggy/Zomato promotions.

Strong SEO knowledge and ability to optimize for search engines and marketplaces.

Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, website analytics, and CRM tools.
???? Preferred Background:

Prior experience in food tech, bakery, or e-commerce is a plus.

Strong storytelling abilities and a creative mindset.
