Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems, equipment, and components for various projects.
- Ensure that electrical installations and designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, civil, and programmers, to create integrated systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform root cause analysis to determine effective solutions.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and project reports.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Conduct site inspections to verify that electrical installations meet required specifications and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently to ensure project goals are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in electrical engineering, with a strong understanding of electrical circuits, power systems, and control systems.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of safety standards, industry codes, and regulations.
Experience:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in core engineering roles such as power systems, automation, or control systems.
- Experience with electrical design, troubleshooting, and system optimization is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with electrical testing, measurements, and analysis is a plus.
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing or construction sectors is advantageous.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Occasional weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines or emergencies.
Skills and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to solving technical problems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent time management and project coordination skills.
