Role Overview
As a Financial Accounting Analyst, you will manage financial accounting processes for international Cobrand partners and Card Member Benefits. The role demands strong accounting acumen, process ownership, collaboration with global teams, and a focus on controls, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end financial processes such as:

Cost of Card Member Services
-
Non-Rewards Accounting (e.g., partner payments, card fee accounting)

Ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables within SLAs
-
Maintain accounting integrity through strong reconciliations and financial governance
-
Collaborate with global business partners and stakeholders across Finance, Controllership, and Audit teams
-
Analyze financial trends, identify risks/opportunities, and support planning and forecasting
-
Review and interpret complex contracts/arrangements for financial reporting
-
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Local GAAPs, IFRS, and internal accounting policies
-
Handle large data sets, providing insights to support decision-making
-
Drive process improvements and challenge the status quo
-
Work across time zones in a hybrid/virtual setup
Qualifications
Academic Background
-
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce
-
2–5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting
Technical & Functional Skills
-
Solid understanding of general accounting principles, AR/AP workflows, and reconciliation processes

Proficiency in:

MS Office
-
Oracle Applications
-
Essbase / TM1
-

Working knowledge of:

SQL
-
Visual Basic
-
Tableau (preferred)

Awareness of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory frameworks

Techno-finance mindset with an interest in automation
