Position: IT Service Desk Analyst (L1)

???? Reports To: IT Manager

We’re looking for a passionate, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual to join our IT Service Desk team. If you thrive on helping people, solving technical issues, and learning new technologies, this role is for you!


Key Responsibilities

User Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide remote and onsite IT support to users for hardware and software issues
  • Assist with laptop configurations (Windows & Mac), Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Slack, Teams, and other enterprise tools
  • Maintain a customer service-oriented mindset to ensure a positive user experience

Account & System Management

  • Manage user accounts, group memberships, and devices in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Active Directory
  • Monitor and support communication & collaboration platforms

Security & Compliance

  • Reinforce cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance with security protocols

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Identify gaps in documentation, knowledge base, and procedures to improve IT support operations
  • Follow SOPs and SLAs to maintain consistent and reliable support

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a contact center or support center environment
Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and network infrastructure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Customer-service oriented with the ability to assist non-technical users
Industry certifications (Microsoft 365, security, networking) – Preferred
