We’re looking for a passionate, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual to join our IT Service Desk team. If you thrive on helping people, solving technical issues, and learning new technologies, this role is for you!
✅ User Support & Troubleshooting
✅ Account & System Management
✅ Security & Compliance
✅ Process Improvement & Documentation
✔ 1+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a contact center or support center environment
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and network infrastructure
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
✔ Customer-service oriented with the ability to assist non-technical users
✔ Industry certifications (Microsoft 365, security, networking) – Preferred
