- Play Catch-Up: You won’t be implementing previous AI solutions. Instead, you will define the future of AI in software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the AI-powered transformation of our software development process, resulting in faster product releases and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional programming experience, with a proven track record of executing high-impact AI-driven initiatives.
- Demonstrated proficiency with GenAI code assistants like Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev.
- Proven success in deploying Generative AI solutions that have resulted in significant, measurable business impact.
- Extensive experience utilizing various LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve complex business challenges.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business solutions.
