Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various e-learning tools to create effective learning solutions.

Work closely with clients and internal teams to meet project requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Present and explain design ideas confidently to clients and colleagues.

Maintain and update e-learning courses through different LCMS/LMS platforms.
-
Apply good analytical skills to solve challenges during course development.
Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of experience working with e-learning development tools.

Proficient in rapid e-learning tools such as:

Articulate Storyline
-
Articulate
-
Adobe Captivate
-
Camtasia
-
-
Knowledge or hands-on experience with LCMS and LMS platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage budgets.

Bonus: Working knowledge of multimedia software like:
