Job Description:
As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. You'll plan project requirements, manage schedules, and identify risks, ensuring seamless communication and execution across teams. This role focuses on optimizing logistics operations to support Google's data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- 3PL Partner Management: Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners, including account management, spend controls, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and escalation management.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), vendor performance scorecards, and develop business cases for logistics improvements.
- Project Leadership: Drive initiatives in a dynamic environment with multiple interdependencies and ensure alignment and prioritization of logistics improvements.
- Budget Management: Create and oversee large annual service spend budgets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Develop functional relationships with internal teams to enhance project execution and improve speed, productivity, and quality.
- Safety Leadership: Lead third-party logistics teams, ensuring that operations are completed safely and efficiently.
