Role Overview

As an MI Analyst, you will drive global management information strategy, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders. You will manage data flow, ensure high-quality reporting, provide insights, and support account managers with data-driven recommendations that enhance client outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for all MI-related activities: tool support, maintenance, issue resolution, and consultation

  • Provide expert consultation to internal and external users on report usage and functionality

  • Recommend optimal reports aligned with client requirements

  • Analyze reports, identify trends, and assess client impact

  • Coordinate production of BI reports, reviews, dashboards, and scorecards

  • Globalize reporting processes and standardize data inquiries

  • Support account managers with BI-related content for client meetings and reviews

  • Design hierarchy-based reporting formats and initiate local/global data reporting structures

  • Lead global data projects and strategic collaboration initiatives

  • Maintain client setups in MI databases for consistent reporting (e.g., customer IDs, DKs, reason codes)

  • Adhere to Statements of Work (SLAs, outcome-focused objectives, and deliverables)

  • Ensure productivity and customer satisfaction benchmarks are consistently met


Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • Academic background may include: Statistics, Business, Finance, Travel, Economics, or Mathematics

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Access

  • Demonstrated customer focus and attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities

  • Flexibility to work variable hours, supporting international clients as needed

  • Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude

Preferred:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in the travel industry or working with travel data

  • Knowledge of SQL

  • Proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization tools
