Travel Mobility Specialist – Full-Time

About the Role
Join a dynamic team where innovation and teamwork drive exciting missions! As a Travel Mobility Specialist, you will manage end-to-end travel requirements for both international and domestic travel while also supporting the Facilities team at our state-of-the-art 2 lakh sq. ft. facility in Balewadi, Pune.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Travel Management:
- Handle complete travel arrangements for international and domestic bookings.
- Manage air, rail, hotel bookings, ticketing, fares, routing, and visa requests.
- Provide travel booking support to Senior Executives.
- Plan cost-effective and efficient multi-country routings following corporate travel policies.
✅ Customer & Administrative Support:
- Offer consultative travel advice and ensure compliance with business travel guidelines.
- Resolve client inquiries/issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation in each PNR (Passenger Name Record).
- Provide support for card reconciliation and financial documentation.
✅ Facilities & Logistics Support:
- Assist the Facilities team with cab transport, office operations, and logistics.
- Manage visitor coordination and hotel negotiations.
Required Experience & Skills
✔ Graduate degree in Travel & Tourism (preferred).
✔ 5-7 years of experience in corporate travel management.
✔ Strong knowledge of domestic & international itineraries.
✔ Expertise in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
✔ Experience in processing business visas.
✔ Hands-on experience with Concur & Amex GBT (preferred).
✔ Strong communication & customer service skills (verbal & written).
✔ Ability to handle face-to-face client interactions.
✔ Team player with leadership abilities to manage operations independently when required.
