Job Overview
Amazon India Payments Business is looking for a Sales Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of payment issuance processes. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, customer-focused, and possess strong ownership values.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Process Execution & Operations Management
- Own end-to-end process execution for Payments Issuance Business across multiple digital categories for internal and external customers.
- Ensure 100% SLA adherence and deliver a top-notch customer experience.
- Serve as an operations consultant for internal customers regarding digital categories.
✅ Financial & Reconciliation Activities
- Handle invoicing and bank/brand reconciliation processes.
- Monitor funding and issuance of manual Gift Cards (GCs) in alignment with business expectations.
- Work on system configuration for all rewards products.
- Track and report key metrics related to rewards and IBD reconciliation for banks and brands.
- Collaborate with banks and brands to ensure each part of the IBD reconciliation process is signed and recovered.
✅ Data Management & Reporting
- Regular reporting on SLAs, process efficiency, and customer experience metrics.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and performance tracking.
