Job Overview
As a Quality Auditing Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of content moderation processes. You will conduct quality assurance audits to review user-generated content, including profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content. Your role will focus on evaluating moderation effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and enhancing content safety.
Given the nature of the role, you may be exposed to sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or distressing material). This role requires strong emotional resilience and adaptability. Accenture provides wellness support programs to ensure employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Auditing & Compliance
✔ Evaluate Content Moderation: Conduct audits on user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies, community guidelines, and legal standards.
✔ Ensure Quality Standards: Monitor and maintain moderation accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness.
✔ Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile reports on audit findings, trends, and performance metrics.
✔ Identify Gaps & Improve Processes: Provide feedback to content moderators and recommend improvements.
Training & Process Optimization
✔ Develop Quality Guidelines: Assist in creating quality policies, training materials, and improvement plans.
✔ Conduct Training & Coaching: Guide content moderation teams to enhance performance and compliance.
✔ Process Enhancement: Implement strategies to improve quality control and content moderation efficiency.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
✔ Monitor Emerging Trends: Stay updated on cultural trends, political events, and social issues affecting content moderation.
✔ Ensure Unbiased Moderation: Apply objective decision-making without personal bias.
✔ Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with operations, policy, and product teams to refine quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
???? Any Graduation required.
???? 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance, trust & safety, or content moderation auditing.
Technical & Analytical Skills
✅ Strong knowledge of content policies, online safety practices, and industry standards.
✅ Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
✅ Proficiency in quality assurance tools and reporting systems.
