The Records Retrieval Representative will communicate with healthcare custodians via phone, email, and fax to confirm record requests, follow up on processing, and ensure compliance with ChartRequest's service standards.
Key Responsibilities
???? Outbound Calls: Contact organizations to verify record requests.
✅ Follow-ups: Ensure requested records are received promptly.
???? Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
???? Communication: Check record status via email, fax, and online portals.
???? Software Utilization: Use proprietary web applications & support ticketing systems.
???? Data Analysis: Monitor and respond to late requests.
???? Task Prioritization: Escalate cases as needed and organize follow-ups.
???? Collaboration: Work effectively with customers, clients, custodians, and organizations.
⚖ Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

???? Tech Skills: CRM software knowledge & understanding of healthcare terminology
