Primary Responsibilities
-
Collaborate with business partners to define and document business and technical requirements.
-
Document application flows and data mapping from source systems to the platform.
-
Work closely with Product Owner (PO) and Scrum Master (SM) to create user stories and define acceptance criteria.
-
Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
-
Own issue and risk management processes for assigned projects.
-
Proactively solve problems and remove obstacles affecting team productivity and release goals.
-
Deliver regular project updates to stakeholders.
-
Participate in governance meetings with team leads and stakeholders.
-
Assist with quality assurance (QA) testing of implemented features.
-
Comply with employment contract terms, company policies, and directives concerning work locations, team changes, flexible work arrangements, and more.
Required Qualifications
-
Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
-
Experience with SQL querying.
-
Proficiency in Agile methodology and Agile tools (e.g., Rally, Jira).
-
Experience in requirements analysis and documentation.
-
Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
-
Proven communication skills with experience in stakeholder engagement.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to:

Analyze data

Identify root causes

Recognize trends

Problem-solve

Provide actionable recommendations

Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
