Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Operations Analyst to manage, optimize, and identify new opportunities for operational processes across the team. This role involves overseeing existing tools, implementing process improvements, and ensuring seamless collaboration across the Digital Innovation, Strategy, and Operations team.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, business units, and leadership, to support data-driven decision-making, process automation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
???? Process Management & Optimization
- Manage existing governance processes, ensuring database accuracy and adherence to process timelines.
- Coordinate with digital operations stakeholders for compliance and system connectivity.
- Identify and implement automation, digitization, and streamlining opportunities.
- Conduct and lead meetings to gather and analyze functional inputs.
???? Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support leadership in defining and executing short-term and long-term strategic goals.
- Work with key stakeholders to align business and operational objectives.
- Assist in annual strategy and budget planning.
???? Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
???? Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in strategy, operations, process engineering, consulting, or business administration.
???? Technical & Soft Skills
- Strong knowledge of process development and administration.
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and KPI tracking.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
