The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Escalation Engineer to join our 24x7 Managed Services team. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and consultation to our global clients across multiple industries—including financial services, life sciences, legal, and manufacturing.
???? Shift: Rotating (morning, afternoon, and night shifts) that change monthly
???? Joining Requirement: Immediate joiners or within 30-60 days
What You Will Do
✔ Client Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide expert-level support to clients across the globe.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues related to Cisco routing & switching, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, and legacy wireless infrastructure.
- Perform network and vulnerability assessments and implement remediation plans.
✔ Network Implementation & Projects:
- Configure remote access VPNs, site-to-site VPNs, and office network infrastructure.
- Lead network refresh projects and network onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with teams to design, implement, and optimize network strategies.
- Prepare change scripts and implement changes in client network infrastructure.
✔ Client Collaboration & Engagement:
- Conduct weekly client calls related to project updates and general network operations.
- Understand client-specific network needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Ensure a seamless transition of network projects from implementation to support teams.
Who You Are
✔ Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in network support & project implementation.
- Expert-level technical certifications such as CCIE (or equivalent training).
✔ Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cisco Meraki, ISR, Catalyst switches
- Palo Alto & Fortinet firewalls
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and best practices.
- Experience troubleshooting routing, switching, VPNs (GlobalProtect, AnyConnect), wireless, certificates, network performance issues.
- Expertise in network design & project execution from start to completion.
✔ Soft Skills & Mindset:
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects & client relationships effectively.
- Detail-oriented, highly self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

⭐ Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
⭐ Financial Services Industry experience
