What You’ll Do
1. Software Development & System Architecture
- Take a holistic approach to analyze use cases, design solutions, and implement systems using standard engineering methodologies.
- Research and recommend frameworks and architectural/design patterns.
- Develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java, Kotlin, and Spring.
- Work with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Design and integrate REST and SOAP web services.
2. Leadership & Collaboration
- Guide junior engineers in developing scalable, testable, and maintainable software.
- Lead and participate in code and design reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business requirements.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Operational Excellence & Innovation
- Ensure system resilience and scalability through testing, monitoring, and alerting.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement.
- Advocate for best practices in engineering and software development.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to improve user experience.
What We’re Looking For
???? Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on development experience in enterprise-level applications.
???? Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, and Spring for backend development.
- Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, Node.js, React.
- Deep understanding of web service protocols (REST, SOAP).
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and database technologies.
- Ability to design, integrate, and optimize complex systems.
???? Soft Skills & Leadership:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning.
- Clear and precise communication skills.
