Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, within company policies and SLA parameters.

  • Provide customer insights to help guide business decisions and service improvements.

  • Ensure best practices in customer engagement are adopted across initiatives.

  • Handle confidential information in line with protocols and procedures.

  • Maintain strong customer relationship management through all interactions (written, phone, face-to-face).

  • Generate regular reporting and updates for stakeholders across the organization.

  • Ensure communications consistently reflect our Brand Promise.


Skills & Experience

  • Relevant IT qualifications/certifications (IT Degree, Certificate 3 or 4 in IT, MCP, MCITP, A+) OR equivalent experience in Service Desk/Operations roles.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with:

    • Windows Operating Systems

    • Active Directory & Azure AD

    • Microsoft Exchange & M365 solutions

    • AWS & AWS Workspaces

    • Networking fundamentals

    • Critical incident management

  • Experience using remote support tools and working in a 24x7 environment.

  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).

  • Familiar with desktop tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, etc.

  • Good-to-know: PowerShell scripting knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong communication (written & verbal), problem-solving mindset, and team collaboration skills.

  • Self-motivated and curious with a desire for technical skill development.
