Responsibilities
- Develop and modify Lightning Components using Aura or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Implement data and process integration solutions within Salesforce and with non-Salesforce systems.
- Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and troubleshoot during the project lifecycle.
- Create proof-of-concepts on Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Classic platforms.
- Build solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex and Visualforce.
- Learn and understand Salesforce Service Cloud architecture.
- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
- Work on Salesforce technologies such as Lightning, Classic, REST/SOAP APIs, Outbound Messaging, Einstein, and Einstein Chat.
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM.
- Hands-on coding experience in Apex or other object-oriented languages like C++ or Java.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design principles, and clean coding practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Classic platforms, their standard features, and product structures.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate complex requirements effectively.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, GitHub, and Gerrit.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II.
- Understanding of Salesforce integration tools and APIs.
