About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience who has a strong background in programming, a deep understanding of MLOps principles, and expertise in building scalable, production-ready ML systems.
In this role, you will design and deploy machine learning models, streamline MLOps workflows, and optimize performance across the ML lifecycle. You will also focus on Python package development and integrating models into production environments.
Key Responsibilities
???? Software Engineering & Architecture

Write clean, modular, and efficient Python code following object-oriented programming principles.

Design, develop, and maintain internal Python packages for ML operations.

Evaluate and architect scalable ML systems, focusing on performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Optimize existing codebases for better performance and scalability.

Follow Git workflow best practices and implement testing strategies to ensure long-term code quality.
???? Machine Learning Development

Build time-series forecasting models, particularly using tree-based algorithms (e.g., LightGBM).

Design and implement scalable and efficient ML systems.

Engineer and optimize ML features for pipelines.

Conduct model evaluation and hyperparameter tuning to improve model performance.
???? MLOps & Deployment

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model training, testing, and deployment.

Design scalable data pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.

Deploy and serve ML models for both batch and real-time inference using FastAPI or Flask.
☁️ Infrastructure & Cloud Computing

Use Docker and Kubernetes to containerize and manage ML workloads.

Optimize resource allocation for large-scale model training and inference.
???? Collaboration & Mentorship

Collaborate with data scientists to transition models from research to production.

Document processes and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
Requirements
✅ Experience: 1 to 5 years in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related fields.
✅ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or equivalent.
Core Skills:

Python Expertise: Proficiency in object-oriented programming and modular code design.

Machine Learning Algorithms: Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, especially tree-based models (e.g., LightGBM).

MLOps Knowledge: Experience with data pipelines, model deployment, version control, and testing.

Infrastructure: Proficiency with Docker for containerization.

Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git and Agile methodologies (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Preferred Qualifications
