About the Role – L3 Support Engineer

Mission:
As an L3 Support Engineer, you will serve as the highest technical escalation point, resolving complex technical issues, minimizing downtime, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and other internal teams to improve our systems continuously.


Key Responsibilities

???? Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide advanced technical support via Zendesk, JIRA, and phone.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Collaborate with product, tech, and data teams to reproduce and resolve customer queries.

????️ System Configuration & Maintenance:

  • Configure servers and networks in the Cloud environment.

  • Update databases and maintain accurate client records.

???? Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify bugs and develop code fixes.

  • Enhance the knowledge base to empower self-service capabilities.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and improve processes.


Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role.

  • Strong academic foundation from a reputable institution.

  • Prior experience working in recognized organizations.

???? Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in system diagnostics, cloud configuration, and database management.

  • Ability to work with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA).

  • Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

???? Soft Skills:
