Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and escalate complex cases when needed.

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:

  • Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues using remote tools.
  • Analyze logs and use diagnostic techniques to resolve customer problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of support tickets, solutions, and follow-up actions.

Technical Documentation:

  • Maintain a knowledge base with troubleshooting steps and solutions.
  • Create and update FAQs, self-help guides, and tutorials for customers.

Product Knowledge & Improvement:

  • Stay updated on new products, features, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and improve services.
  • Monitor support metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support (Required).
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
✔ Experience with ticketing systems and remote access tools (preferred).
