Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and escalate complex cases when needed.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
- Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues using remote tools.
- Analyze logs and use diagnostic techniques to resolve customer problems.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets, solutions, and follow-up actions.
Technical Documentation:
- Maintain a knowledge base with troubleshooting steps and solutions.
- Create and update FAQs, self-help guides, and tutorials for customers.
Product Knowledge & Improvement:
- Stay updated on new products, features, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and improve services.
- Monitor support metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support (Required).
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
✔ Experience with ticketing systems and remote access tools (preferred).
