Job Description
Job Brief:
- Perform web and mobile application testing using both manual and automation approaches to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams to integrate quality assurance early in the development lifecycle.
- Participate in requirement and design reviews to ensure testability and alignment with customer expectations.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for web applications, following Agile best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using:
- Selenium (Java)
- Playwright (JavaScript)
- Appium (for cross-platform Web & Mobile testing)
- Automate API testing using tools like Postman and Rest Assured to validate system integrations.
- Conduct database testing using MongoDB queries to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Monitor release quality benchmarks and provide an objective assessment of product quality before release.
- Lead testing efforts for multiple products, including test scenario creation, execution, and stakeholder reporting.
- Enhance automation frameworks by developing new test scripts and optimizing execution suites.
- Work with the Customer Success team to address customer escalations and provide technical guidance.
- Experience in logistics and transportation domains is a plus.
