Job Title: Techno-Functional Tester
Date: 01-06-2025

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Techno-Functional Tester responsible for functional and regression testing and Selenium test automation. The ideal candidate should have experience in manual and automation testing and be well-versed in Agile methodologies. The role requires close collaboration with onshore and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Duties:
- Understand testing principles and best practices
- Design, plan, and execute test cases
- Work with Selenium Automation (2-5 years experience required)
- Collaborate with IT and Business Teams effectively
- Conduct Functional Requirement Analysis
- Work closely with the functional test team to analyze test cases for comprehensive coverage
- Collaborate with development teams and BAs to resolve technical and business issues
- Execute manual and automated test cases, debug issues, and document defects
- Ensure test coverage and quality standards
Contributions:
- Define and implement test automation strategies
- Participate in Agile development sprints and ceremonies
- Continuously improve testing processes and automation frameworks
- Communicate issues and solutions with internal teams
