Job Overview:
As a Trust and Safety Senior Analyst, you will lead a team of Content Moderators responsible for reviewing user-generated content, including profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content. Your role ensures compliance with company policies and guidelines to create a safe and secure online environment.
You may be exposed to sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or distressing material). Therefore, this role requires strong emotional resilience and adaptability. Accenture provides wellness support programs to help employees maintain personal and collective well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership:
✔ Lead & Support Team: Manage a team of ~25 Content Moderators, setting clear expectations and providing continuous coaching and feedback.
✔ Drive Performance: Assign tasks efficiently, monitor quality, and ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
✔ Daily Team Management: Conduct pre-shift and post-shift meetings to discuss performance, updates, and company initiatives.
✔ Performance Reviews: Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual performance evaluations.
Content Moderation & Quality Assurance:
✔ Content Analysis: Review and analyze user-generated content across various formats to ensure compliance with policies.
✔ Issue Resolution: Investigate and escalate sensitive cases while adhering to company and legal requirements.
✔ Ensure Policy Compliance: Maintain content moderation integrity and accuracy.
✔ Data-Driven Decision Making: Generate reports on content review metrics, trends, and performance insights.
Risk Management & Process Improvement:
✔ Identify Risks: Monitor and mitigate potential risks related to platform content.
✔ Improve Operations: Leverage data insights to enhance content review processes.
✔ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to refine moderation practices and align with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
???? Any Graduation required.
???? 5-8 years of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or online content management.
???? Expert English proficiency (written & verbal).
Technical & Analytical Skills:
✅ Strong knowledge of content policies, community guidelines, and online safety practices.
✅ Experience with content moderation tools and reporting systems.
✅ Data analysis skills to identify trends and improve processes.
Leadership & Management Skills:
✔ Strong team leadership: Ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
