Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
- Implement cutting-edge US recruitment methods to ensure a steady pipeline of top-tier IT professionals.
- Develop deep expertise in IT profiles, skill sets, and technical roles for precise candidate matching.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, and passive candidate engagement) to expand our talent pool.
- Advise candidates and hiring managers on US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) to ensure compliance and clarity.
Candidate Engagement & Communication
- Build and maintain relationships with potential employees, effectively communicating Techolution’s value proposition.
- Negotiate offers skillfully to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Ensure a seamless recruitment process, taking full ownership from sourcing to successful onboarding.
Strategic Mindset & Work Ethic
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine recruitment strategies.
- Demonstrate a seeker’s mindset by proactively identifying the best-fit candidates for each role.
