Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and smart interns to join our E-Commerce team. You will work with a team of Data Analysts and Enterprise Feed Builders to optimize product feeds for Fortune 500 clients.

???? Ideal for candidates interested in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and data analytics.
???? A mix of technical and functional responsibilities—SQL knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Data Management & Analysis:

• Work closely with Data Analysts and Feed Builders to optimize product feeds.
• Identify delays, discrepancies, and quality issues in product feeds.
• Use SQL queries to fix broken URLs, match products, sort data, and perform optimizations.

✅ E-Commerce Operations:

• Manage product feeds for Google Shopping, Google Merchant, Amazon, and eBay.
• Reorganize product data to meet the requirements of various shopping engines.
• Establish feed exports to platforms like Google Shopping, Facebook Shopping, Bing Shopping, Amazon, and eBay.
• Understand how Google Shopping Ads (a part of Google Ads) works.

✅ Project & SLA Management:

• Work on multiple client accounts and ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Learn and contribute to enterprise feed-building processes.

✅ Collaboration & Learning:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient project execution.
• Actively learn and adopt new e-commerce technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Education:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or a related field.

✔ Technical Skills:

• SQL knowledge (preferred) for data manipulation and analysis.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, or online marketplaces is a plus.

✔ Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new e-commerce technologies.

✔ Experience:

• 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

✔ Language Requirement:

• Fluent English (Required).
