As an E-commerce Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll help scale US-based marketplace operations and marketing efforts, contributing to online growth via platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Google Shopping, and social media. You’ll manage product listings, advertising, promotions, and campaign performance to drive sales and revenue growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals passionate about digital marketing, retail eCommerce, and global marketplaces.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Build & execute eCommerce marketing campaigns (email, SMS, affiliate, social media, etc.)

• Manage product listings and daily operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, CVS, Walgreens, Staples, Costco)

• Set up and optimize paid ads on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Google Shopping

• Develop creative and promotional content for social media and product pages

• Regularly update banners, landing pages, and ensure marketing assets are accurate

• Generate performance reports on KPIs and product analytics

• Participate in occasional team meetings aligned with US time zones

✅ Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (0–2 years experience)

• Familiarity with Retail Ads Marketing is a plus

• Prior exposure to eCommerce or digital marketing preferred

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of online retail, eCommerce platforms, and US-based marketplaces

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, UX, Adobe, or related tools

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Soft Skills:

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Creative thinker & problem solver

• Self-motivated and quick learner

• Comfortable with asynchronous/remote working
