Project Coordinator/TL (eCommerce)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple e-commerce projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Lead a team of 10-15 members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing feedback/instructions, providing daily updates, and managing expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to address business needs, provide project updates, and smooth coordination.
• Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce executives, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.

• Conduct regular meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders informed of project developments.
• Develop project estimates and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Assist in reviewing timesheets and contribute to the client billing process.
• Demonstrate proficiency across all aspects of E-commerce platforms.
• Create and manage product listings on various platforms such as Amazon (Seller & Vendor), eBay, Shopify, and Walmart.
• Ensure accurate and consistent product listings across all channels.

Skills and Experience

• Applicants with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination and team leadership.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce sector, particularly with Shopify, Amazon (Seller/Vendor), eBay, and Walmart.
• Experience in managing and guiding a team consisting of 10-15 professionals.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal and team management abilities.
• Skilled in resolving technical issues.
