Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Ensure a welcoming and pleasant experience for all hotel guests. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure that all services meet the required standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (housekeeping, kitchen, front desk) to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service, ensuring the hotel complies with all health and safety regulations.
- Staff Supervision: Manage, train, and motivate a team of hotel staff to meet performance goals and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints or concerns in a calm, professional, and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.
- Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of staff members.

Experience:

Working Hours:
- Full-time position with rotational shifts.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required by hotel operations.
