Job Title: Junior Clinical Pharmacist
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Location: Urban Estate, Gurugram, Haryana
Department: Supply Chain – Clinical Pharmacology
Reporting To: Deputy General Manager – Clinical Pharmacology
Shift: Rotational Shift
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 per month
Job Purpose:
To ensure medication safety and patient well-being by adhering to hospital policies and regulatory/accreditation guidelines related to pharmacological practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct medication reviews and clinical audits prior to drug administration.
-
Handle transcription/indenting of drug and non-drug orders.
-
Track and receive medications from the pharmacy.

Audit in-patient prescriptions for:
-
Drug name, strength, and formulation
-
Dosage, duration of therapy
-
Therapeutic duplication
-
Potential drug interactions per hospital protocols
-
-
Verify Medication Administration Records (MARs) in wards and rectify any errors.

Collaborate with the Clinical Pharmacologist to review patient records for clarification.

Address non-formulary drug requests by informing concerned doctors and suggesting substitutions as per the formulary.

Conduct regular checks of impress stock, crash carts, disaster kits, and ambulances.

Document usage of restricted antibiotics and report to the Clinical Pharmacologist.

Monitor and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs).

Serve as a drug information resource for clinical staff.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Desired Qualifications:

M. Pharm or Pharm D (Freshers or Experienced candidates welcome)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper telephone etiquette

Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Effective analytical thinking and quick decision-making ability

Sound knowledge of pharmacology and medicines
