Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Mandaveli, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Work from office)
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in design software and have a strong understanding of visual communication, branding, and design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Produce visually appealing designs for both digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design resources that align with the brand’s identity and objectives.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure the consistent use of brand colors, fonts, and logos across all designs.
- Multi-tasking: Work on various design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Revisions: Modify and update designs based on feedback from clients or internal teams.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred.
- Additional Skills: Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Web Design Knowledge: Familiarity with web design principles is preferred.
