Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for creating the web & mobile user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for top eCommerce websites such as Jabra, Taj Hotels, Canon, etc. To be successful the candidate has to ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. The candidate should have experience with design software and wireframe tools.
Responsibilities
- Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
- Generate clear ideas, user flows, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
- Practice User-Centered Design (UCD) in all stages starting with sketches and wireframes to high fidelity mockups and digital prototypes.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Qualification
- Demonstrable UI and UX design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Invison, Marvel App, Illustrator, or any Visual design and Wireframing tools.
- Proficiency in responsive web designing and knowledge about HTML and CSS
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software Photoshop & Sketch
- Knowledge about Design Language Systems eg- Apple's Human Interface and Material Design guidelines. Atomic Design system
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for design and a strong command of visual design capabilities, including composition, layout information hierarchy, typography, and color.
