Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant with some experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of financial reconciliation, sales and purchase booking, and basic taxation (GST & TDS). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software are essential.
Key Responsibilities
???? Bank Reconciliation – Verify the accuracy of financial records
???? Sales & Purchase Booking – Maintain accurate transaction records
???? Tax Compliance – Ensure adherence to GST & TDS regulations
???? Financial Reporting – Assist in preparing financial statements
???? Software Management – Work with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks
???? Data Management – Use Excel & Google Sheets for financial reporting and analysis
???? Communication – Handle internal and external correspondence in English
Essential Skills & Qualifications
✔ Accounting Software: Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks
✔ Taxation: Basic understanding of GST & TDS
✔ Data Management: Excel & Google Sheets
✔ Communication: Strong written & verbal English skills
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔ Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
