Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day financial operations such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.
- Support in the preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions.
- Assist with data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Help in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase orders and expense approvals.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
- Stay updated with financial regulations and industry trends.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (BBA/B.Com preferred).
- Good understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
