Your Role
As a Junior Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing bookkeeping and accounting for our clients. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like Zoho Books and gain hands-on experience in financial management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Data Migration: Transfer financial data from competing accounting software to Zoho Books.
✅ Software Configuration: Set up Zoho Books for businesses across various industries.
✅ Error Correction & Compliance: Identify and fix legacy accounting errors to align with GAAP standards.
✅ Financial Reporting: Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, payroll reports, and more.
✅ Process Optimization: Recommend improvements for financial management and analytics.
✅ Business Intelligence: Generate reports & dashboards to provide data-driven insights.
✅ Client Support: Assist businesses in streamlining their accounting procedures.
