Apple is seeking a highly organized, diligent, and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our Finance and HR team. In this vital role, you will support the day-to-day operations of both the Finance and HR departments, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial documents, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage and maintain HR records, including employee files, attendance, and payroll data.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and managing onboarding processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Track and update financial transactions, ensuring that all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and other departmental events for both the Finance and HR teams.
  • Handle office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external partners to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Provide administrative support in preparing financial and HR presentations and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative coordinator, ideally in a finance or HR environment.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, HR practices, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software and financial tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally within finance or HR.
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g., payroll software, recruitment platforms) and financial tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexible working hours (occasional overtime may be required based on project deadlines).
