Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR development strategies to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee training and development.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Develop succession planning frameworks to ensure organizational continuity.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create tailored employee development plans.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of development programs and propose improvements.
  • Support recruitment efforts by identifying candidates aligned with the company’s developmental objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to employee development.
  • Create and manage HR policies to promote a learning culture within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in Human Resources Development or a related HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, including training, career development, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Development or Learning & Development roles.
  • Experience in designing and managing leadership development programs is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility in hours may be required to accommodate training sessions or global team collaboration.
