Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR development strategies to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee training and development.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Develop succession planning frameworks to ensure organizational continuity.
- Collaborate with department heads to create tailored employee development plans.
- Monitor the effectiveness of development programs and propose improvements.
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying candidates aligned with the company’s developmental objectives.
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to employee development.
- Create and manage HR policies to promote a learning culture within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in Human Resources Development or a related HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, including training, career development, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HR software and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Development or Learning & Development roles.

Working Hours
- Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility in hours may be required to accommodate training sessions or global team collaboration.
