???? Job Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Business Head, this role involves handling both HR and Office Administration functions.


????‍???? Human Resource Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Resume screening & shortlisting through job portals (Naukri, Shine, TimesJobs, LinkedIn, etc.)

    • Posting job ads and managing candidate communication

    • Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters

    • Managing onboarding, inductions, and employee file documentation

  • Employee Lifecycle Management:

    • Conducting exit interviews and handling full & final settlements

    • Maintaining active & inactive employee records

    • Coordinating training and development programs

    • Managing employee reimbursements and relocations

  • Compliance & Statutory Requirements:

    • Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus

    • Handling attendance, leaves, and time office functions

    • Preparing and updating MIS reports (daily/monthly/quarterly)


???? Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Office Supervision:

    • Point of contact for office issues, conflicts, and support

    • Supervising admin staff and vendors

    • Managing office infrastructure and maintenance contracts (AMC)

  • Facilities Management:

    • Managing stationery, refreshments, utility payments

    • Handling courier dispatch records (inward, outward, outstation)

    • Updating and maintaining the Assets List

  • Travel & Logistics:

    • Coordinating with travel agencies for flight, rail, hotel, and car bookings

    • Arranging transportation for employees and guests

  • Vendor Management:

    • Managing relationships and service cycles with vendors

    • Keeping records of AMCs for office assets (computers, ACs, pest control, etc.)

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Working knowledge of MS Office, email handling, scheduling

    • Strong in Vendor Management systems


???? Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required

    • MBA in HR or a Diploma in Management is preferred

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Admin/HR roles
