Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with site operations and overall business goals.

Working Hours
- Full-time position requiring flexibility to meet the demands of site operations.
- Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend meetings as needed.
