Amazon is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in a hybrid work environment. As a HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in managing a wide range of HR functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes. You will be responsible for implementing policies, supporting employee relations, recruitment, and overseeing key HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to interviewing and hiring candidates. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, concerns, and grievances. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment culture.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in the development and communication of HR policies.
- Performance Management: Assist in creating performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing support to managers and employees in setting goals.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Oversee the management of employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Training and Development: Organize training programs, career development workshops, and ensure employees have access to the resources they need for professional growth.
- HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular HR reports and assist with HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Employee Engagement: Help organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and other initiatives to boost employee morale and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar HR position.
- Experience working in a hybrid work setting is preferred.
- Experience with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, growing organization is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with flexible hybrid working hours.
- Occasional in-office meetings may be required.
- Core working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility for remote work and meeting scheduling.
