Job Posting: Senior Accountant
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹38,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift & Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- 6 days a week
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (On-site)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reconcile books of accounts with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Record and post accounting entries for various financial transactions.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for reconciliations and settlements.
- Ensure strict adherence to established financial processes and procedures.
- Maintain a strong accounting framework for managing financial records and reporting.
- Proficiently use accounting software to post transactions and manage accounts.
- Hands-on experience with accounting tools such as Zoho Books or other ERP systems (preference for alternatives to Tally).
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Preferred).
- Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (Required)
- Tally: 1 year (Required)
- Total work experience: 1 year (Required)
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced spreadsheet knowledge.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and work independently or collaboratively.
